MEMBERS SAVE 10% – Members enjoy a 10% discount on qualified
purchases through the Museum Store (including on-site locations and
through the website). Type in your membership number when prompted on the
order form to receive your discount. Membership discount will be deducted
from your order upon verification of membership status.

CHRISTMAS 2008 SHIPPING INFORMATION – Orders placed on or
before December 11 will arrive before
Christmas with no additional shipping cost. If you are ordering for
Christmas delivery after December 11 please call the shipping
department at 323.667.2000, ext. 219 or email at jrader@autrynationalcenter.org for
available shipping options and costs.
Orders placed after December 21 cannot be guaranteed for
Christmas delivery. The Autry National Center shipping department will
be closed December 24-26th.

The Autry Museum does not rent, sell, or exchange information
submitted via this Web site, and use of such information is restricted
to the Autry National Center for marketing purposes. The Autry
National Center may contact you to provide information about Autry
activities, programs, membership, development, and other opportunities,
products, and special events that may interest you. We disclose
only in aggregate form our statistical analyses or demographics
of users to third parties, such as advertisers, potential advertisers,

ORDER BY MAIL – You may mail your order to us with attached check, money order or credit card information. Please call ahead to confirm the correct total for the item(s) requested, as prices and items are subject to change.

SHIPPING -- Most standard deliveries in the continental U.S. are sent via UPS Ground delivery and made within 14 business days. For more information and shipping/handling rates, please visit our shipping & handling page.
RETURN POLICY – Please see our returns section for more information.
SALES TAX -- Los Angeles County residents will be charged an 8.25% sales tax. All other California residents will be charged the sales tax of their respective county. Sales tax will be assessed according to the BILLING address, not the SHIPPING address.
NON-DISCOUNTABLE ITEMS -- Certain items are not subject to member or other discounts. These include, but are not limited to sale items, and other merchandise which we feel are important to make available for sale, but on which we cannot offer discounts.
AVAILABILITY -- Because we offer many items that are limited in production by our vendors, our prices and availability are subject to change at any time. We will email you upon receipt of your order if there are any changes.

Returns/Exchanges Policy
Full refunds (less shipping and handling) will be issued provided that the merchandise is in resalable condition upon receipt and the merchandise is returned within 90 days of the ship date on your invoice (receipt).
Before returning any merchandise for a refund or exchange, please email us at jrader@autrynationalcenter.org . We will provide you with information necessary for the return or exchange.
Damaged/Defective Item: Damaged or defective merchandise should be reported to us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the return and/or replacement for items that were received either defective or damaged. Open CD's, cassettes, videotapes, or DVD's will be replaced with same title only.
Non-received/Received Wrong Item: If your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will need to know what item(s) you received in error, if any, and what item(s) were missing from your order. We will make all necessary arrangements to correct your order.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange any of the items that you ordered, you must contact us within 90 days from the ship date on your invoice (receipt). Open CD's, cassettes, videotapes, or DVD's may not be exchanged unless defective or damaged. Freight charges will be applied to any exchange and must be paid in full before exchanged merchandise is shipped.
Refunds: Refunds (less shipping and handling) will be issued for the full purchase price for returned merchandise provided that the merchandise is in resalable condition when it is returned and that the merchandise is returned within 90 days of the ship date on your invoice (receipt). Sale/clearance items and items sold "AS IS" are not refundable. Special purchase items may have refund restrictions; the Museum Store must be contacted for approval prior to the return of such purchases. Please include a copy of your invoice with your return.
