For thousands of years Jewish people have settled and resettled throughout the world in search of religious freedom and economic opportunity. They often incorporated local art and languages into their daily lives. The exhibition's introductory wall of objects shows the variety of material culture and traditions that Jewish people have brought to the American West from all corners of the world.
