The Autry National Center is pleased to extend entertaining privileges for free or at a special site rental discount rate to Corporate Partners at the Patron sponsor level ($5,000) and above.
The Autry is the perfect location to host an intimate gathering for your company’s special clients or a grand celebration for thousands of employees. Our talented and professional Special Events team will help you coordinate all of your corporation’s events and can provide qualified guidance on the selection of your entertainment, caterer, and décor.
Corporate Partners get special priority booking and site rental discounts on one of Los Angeles’s most unique venues for entertaining. The Autry is ideal for:

Please note: All entertaining privileges are subject to additional fees and availability. Personal events such as birthdays, weddings, and graduations are not included as part of the Corporate Partner Program benefit package.
Corporate Partner Benefits for Employees
All companies that join the Autry’s Corporate Partner Program will receive exclusive employee benefit packages! Some exciting benefits and opportunities that can be presented to your employees include:
Free Employee Admission
Employees of Corporate Partner companies at the Champion sponsor level ($50,000) and above may present valid company identification with a photo ID (or the special Autry admission pass) at the Visitor Services desk located in the lobby for complimentary admission into the museum. Employees of Corporate Partner companies at the Guardian sponsor level ($100,000) are eligible for complimentary museum admission for themselves and one guest.
Employee Day at the Autry National Center
Free for all company employees and their families, "Employee Day at the Autry" is a wonderful way to honor those who dedicate their time and efforts into making your company shine! At absolutely no cost to you, "Employee Day at the Autry" provides your company's employees with:
- Free admission to the museum
- Free parking
- Docent-led gallery tours throughout the day
- A special treat for all employees at our Golden Spur Café
- and other exciting advantages and special opportunities
"Employee Day at the Autry" is free for all Corporate Partners at the Benefactor sponsor level ($25,000) and above.
Employee Discounts on Memberships
Any time throughout the year, employees of Corporate Partner companies at all levels can receive a special discount on new Autry memberships. (Corporate Partners at the Friend ($1,000) to Patron ($5,000) sponsor levels receive a 10% discount; Corporate Partners at the Provider sponsor level ($10,000) and above receive a 20% discount.)

Employee E-Newsblasts and Special Offers
Corporate Partners can also sign up to receive free e-newsblasts for their employees. E-newsblasts give your employees advance notification of and special announcements about upcoming museum events, discounts on programs and family activities, and special Autry offers. E-newsblasts from the Autry will arrive approximately once every two months (or can be specially arranged to fit your company schedule).
